Scott Alderman joined Landura Management Associates on November 1, 1999, as a Property Manager Trainee. Now as President he is responsible for Operations including hiring and supervising of Regional Property Managers, policy and procedure development, the financial performance of the properties, quality control of physical assets, supervisory visits and quality control over regulatory correspondence. Scott received his undergraduate degree from Bluefield State College in 1999 and later received an MBA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management from Gardner-Webb University in 2005.
Marty Holbrook – Vice President
Marty Holbrook joined Landura Management Associates in 2007, as a Regional Property Manager. Now as Vice President he is responsible for the operations of Systems, Administrative, Accounting and Compliance Departments.
Randy Vanhoy – Vice President
Randy Vanhoy returned to Landura Management Associates in 2011, as a Senior Property Manager. Randy worked with Landura from 1993 until 2005 and has over fifteen years property management experience with us. Now as Vice President he is responsible for the operations of our Property Management Department.
